- Our online store is hosted on Zyro.com platform. Zyro provides us with the online e-commerce platform, that allows us to sell our products and services to our customers;

- Payments are being monitored by Stripe. Stripe is a payment system provided by Zyro, which we have no involvement regarding creation of it, nor we are monitoring it for gathering and storing the data needed to make payment transaction in order to buy our product. By using Stripe payment tool, you acknowledge and agree, that we provide access to such tool ”as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of this third-party tool;

- All orders are being shipped from Italy within 1-5 working days, after purchase is made and payment is being transferred and received, except if specified otherwise in item description. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, except bank Holidays. Shipping fees and duration depends on shipping destination and are specified, when making a purchase. Express shipping can be requested. Additional fees will apply;

- Custom order processing and shipping time depends on the exact order. Usually, it takes no more then 10-12 days, except busy periods like Christmas time;

- After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact us right away at hello@rapolasleather.com;

- No refund policy applies as each item is handcrafted. In case of issues with an order, please contact us at hello@rapolasleather.com or other means, notified in “Contact” part of our website;

- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). We remain at right to modify prices without any additional notice. Please note, that depending on order and country, you will be liable to pay local import charges (customs duty, sales tax and etc.);

- Some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot predict what they may be;

- The refusal of payment of custom fees results in a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost, associated with a cancellation, will be deducted from the amount refunded to customer.
